Haiku Project

Here's a piece I did for a 4th grade student haiku project. The children in the class wrote haikus and a former member of the Chicago Calligraphy Collective gathered them and assigned each one to a CCC member to write out in calligraphy. We could just write it, or illustrate, or do a 3-D project, etc.

This was such a fun project to be a part of. I participated in it for 3 years and enjoyed seeing the reactions of the students as they saw their pieces for the first time.

Here's one I'd like to see you do:

You are quite gassy.
Please keep the sound to yourself.
You ate too much beans.
